This is especially obvious when you visit a store or place of business. In order to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus, customers and employees have been asked to follow social distancing guidelines, as well as other regulations designed to keep the store, employees, and customers as safe as possible. It is important to quickly and clearly convey social distancing guidelines to every customer who walks into your store, and the easiest to do so is with [custom signs and graphics](https://llprinters.com/custom-sign-printing-san-diego/). At L+L Printers in San Diego, we specialize in printing custom signs and graphics. Below, we explain the types of signage you will need to adequately explain social distancing measures to your customers. if you would like to get started, please contact L+L Printers at our San Diego office by calling [(858) 859-9044](tel:8588599044) for our San Diego office or [(760) 477-0321](tel:7604770321)for our Carlsbad office. ## Signs to Help Customers Keep Six Feet Apart From Eachother The key to social distancing is to have individuals keep at least six feet apart from one another. However, that’s easier said than done when your store is packed with customers that are stuck waiting in line. A clear and helpful way to instruct customers is to place graphics on the floor that let the individuals know where to stand while they’re waiting. It is human nature to want to creep as close to the front of the line as possible, so help your customers maintain social distancing by having graphics on the floor six feet apart with instructions to stand on the graphic. Try to create some fun and engaging graphics to make standing in line a more interesting experience. ## One-Way Aisles and a Marked Path Through Your Store Unless your store has incredibly wide aisles, you cannot have two people pass each other in a crowded aisle without inadvertently breaking social distancing protocol. That is why many businesses have chosen to make all aisles a one-way walkway. That means that customers must follow a specific path through the entire store, without wavering or walking down a random aisle. This will require a lot of social distancing signage, with signs explaining the overall rules of the one-way aisles, as well as arrows or guidelines that make it very clear exactly where the customer needs to walk. ## Clearly Explain All Other Social Distancing Rules and Regulations There is an abundance of other rules and regulations customers will need to follow to adhere to social distancing guidelines, and it is up to you as a business owner to make sure you have clear signage that explains these rules. For example, some businesses are only allowing a certain number of people into their store at a time. If that is the case, make sure you have clear signage outside your storefront that explains that customers may have to wait to come inside, and how they will know when they are all clear to enter. Other regulations include wearing masks, not touching certain items in the store, the preferred payment method, and how to complete a transaction. You can be as particular as you want, as long as you make sure you have signage that clearly conveys your store’s guidelines. ## Print Social Distancing Signage for Your San Diego Business During the Coronavirus outbreak, L+L Printers has been doing everything possible to help local businesses continue to find new customers and thrive.
